Profit Sharing

When Agrium meets and exceeds its business goals we know it's because of the hard work of our employees. The Profit Sharing Plan allows our employees to share in the success they create. The threshold earnings amount is based on Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA). You would be eligible for a profit share payout when Agrium's EBITDA meets or exceeds the threshold amount established at the beginning of the year.
