Agrium has completed seven acquisitions in the past two years, as well as the $2.65-billion take-over of agricultural retailer UAP Holdings Corp. Agrium is now North America's largest fertilizer retailer with approximately 800 farm centers across the U.S., Canada and in South America.

You would be eligible for a profit share payout when Agrium's EBITDA meets or exceeds the threshold amount established at the beginning of the year.
